Delivery
Face-to-face, synchronous virtual or blended. The mode is agreed per cohort, alongside contact hours, trainer assignment, venue or platform and attendance controls.
Assessment
Baseline, formative and final assessment, so the change in capability is measured rather than assumed, and the result is recorded.
Adaptation
Courses adapt to organisational needs while retaining the approved learning outcomes and assessment controls. Material changes pass through the curriculum-change process.
