Tell us what your people need to be able to do.

Open enrolment, in-company delivery, an executive briefing or a workshop. If a programme has to be shaped around a training-needs assessment first, say so and we will start there.

02 / What to tell us

What makes an enquiry easy to answer.

  • Who is being trained

Roles and rough numbers. A board briefing and a terminal operations cohort are different pieces of work.

  • What they must be able to do after

The capability, not the course title. It is what decides which programme fits and whether it needs adapting.

  • Constraints

Timing, delivery mode, budget cycle, and any procurement process we should be in rather than around.
